I have been facilitating juice fast detoxes for 15 years and understand how the body, mind and spirit can become sluggish and run down due to the fast pace of life and certain challenges life brings. Many people have come with unresolved health issues and have left with varying degrees of healing. Others have arrived lacking in energy and have left full of vitality and zest. Some have wanted to lose some weight, and the program has set them well on the road to changing their body shape. It's truly amazing what the body can do on a liquid diet of nutritional juices for five days - it's a wonderful rest for the digestive system and a chance for the body to rest and heal. The yoga detox retreat is held at a purpose built yoga retreat centre in Dalyan, south-west Turkey. Spectrum is not a hotel, it is the home of hosts Joanne and Tom. It is an intimate environment and exclusive for each group. Its simplicity communicates peace and serenity, which is in line with the yoga life-style of simple-living, high thinking.
In between yoga classes and juices, you can choose to explore the sites of Dalyan (a 20 minute walk / 5 minute cycle into town), rest by the pool or enjoy the nearby 7 kilometre golden sand beach. Treatments are available during the free time. Dalyan is a truly fabulous location. It is a conservation area due to the turtles nesting on the beach.

All rooms surround the swimming pool and have mountain views front and/or back, with en suite facilities (toilet, basin and shower), plus air conditioning and fly screens on the windows.
Most of the rooms are single, but there are a few twin/double rooms upstairs for friends, couples or people preferring to share. The upstairs rooms share a balcony and have large French doors to take advantage of the the stunning surrounding views. These rooms also have en suite facilities and air conditioning. Towels and drinking water are provided, and there are books, dvds, cds and wifi. It is not like a hotel but more a traditional Turkish homestead.
