The arrival date for the yoga detox holiday is the first date given, and the departure date is the second date given, e.g. for the yoga detox retreat August 22 - 29, the arrival date is Aug 22 and the departure date is Aug 29.
Ideally, plan to arrive in the afternoon / early evening of the arrival day, so you have some time to settle in, ready for the yoga detox program to begin first thing the following morning.
A light dinner will be served on the evening of your arrival - your last meal until the morning of the 6th day!
Plan to depart any time after breakfast on the departure day.
Please note: If your departure time is later in the day, you may need to vacate your room to accommodate new arrivals - there will be a designated 'communal room' for luggage and showers before departure to the airport.
Should you require lunch or dinner on the departure day, there may be an extra charge for this - payable to the hotel.
If your arrival time is early in the morning of the arrival day, i.e. you arrive at the hotel between 24h00 and 04h00, there will be an extra night's accommodation payable to the hotel.
Once you have arranged your travel plans, let Lauren know your flight times so that she can arrange your transfer.
