Hello, my name is Lauren. I've been teaching Yoga and leading retreats for over two decades and I continue to cherish this sharing even after all these years.
In 2024, I'm shifting my teaching to predominantly on-line, to meet the changing world and also to make it possible for me to continue living a life where self-sustainability and self-sufficiency take up a big chunk of my time end energy.
It's still early days and I'm developing the courses as I go - they will include all things Yoga as well as some teachings on Detox and Healthy Living, the Sacred teachings of Shamanism and also Animal Communication.
