Seasonal Yoga Detox Retreats

More and more, my intention is to live in tune to the cycles of nature and to the seasons. Our bodies and minds naturally respond to these cycles and rhythms and I design my retreats to honour this sacred flow. ​

• Summer is a good time for a strong detox such as a juice fast. This allows the body to relax, heal and regenerate. 
• Autumn is a time for slowing down, for reflection and nourishment, in preparation for the winter months to come.

Summer Yoga & Juice Cleanse Detox Retreat

The summer cleanse retreat in Morocco is a 5 day juice fast detox and a 1 day alkalising vegan diet to slowly introduce food back into the body.  It has been specifically designed to stop solid food intake and speed up the detox process. You consume freshly made juices and soup. This detox can help you lose weight, boost your energy levels, balance and heal your body, calm your mind and restore your soul. 

Week Schedule:
Arrival day - Vegetarian dinner
Day 1 - 5 liquid only diet
Day 6 - alkalising diet 
Departure day -  alkalising breakfast
There is the option to do daily enemas and a liver flush on the middle day.

Autumn Yoga & Nourishing Cleanse Detox Retreat

The autumn yoga detox retreat in Morocco is a 6 day nourishing detox which includes smoothies, nut milks, juices, nourishing soups and one day of a light, alkalising diet to introduce food back into the body. It has been specifically designed to reduce solid food intake and speed up the detox process without resorting to a juice only regime - which is more suited to the summer months.
This detox can help you lose weight, boost your energy levels and get you back on track with a healthy eating regime in preparation for winter.

the yoga detox retreat venue

The yoga detox retreat is held at an amazingly beautiful and luxurious riad in the heart of Marrakech. It is an intimate environment and exclusive for each group. It is an inner city sanctum - you leave the chaos of Marrakesh behind you as you enter the door of the riad.

In between yoga classes and juices, you can choose to explore Marrakesh, rest by the pool or enjoy a treatment.

week's schedule for retreats:

• Saturday is arrival day. Arrival time is from 14h00 onwards. A light typical Moroccan dinner will be served at 18h00.

• The detox will officially start on the Sunday morning (the day after the arrival day) at 07h45.

• You will follow the respective detox diet for 5 days.

• On the Friday, you will have 3 light and healthy meals to introduce food back into your system.
• On Saturday a light breakfast will be served. Check out time is 11h00.
