
Hello, my name is Lauren. I've been teaching Yoga and leading retreats for close to 3 decades and I continue to cherish this sharing even after all these years.
In 2024, I shifted my teaching to predominantly on-line, to meet the changing world and also to make it possible for me to continue living a life where self-sustainability and self-sufficiency take up a big chunk of my time end energy - I live on a small farm where my husband and I grow our own food and spend quality time in nature with our family of rescue cats, dogs and chickens.
For much of my adult life, I've been a wandering nomad, travelling around the globe to lead retreats , and I'm really enjoying having a base, having a home and the desire to travel no longer calls me. That's not to say it'll never happen again.
