
Hello, my name is Lauren. I've been teaching Yoga and leading retreats for close to 3 decades and I continue to cherish this sharing even after all these years.
In 2024, I shifted my teaching to predominantly on-line, to meet the changing world and also to make it possible for me to continue living a life where self-sustainability and self-sufficiency take up a big chunk of my time end energy. I live on a small farm in Portugal where my husband and I grow our own food, renovate some of our out-buildings and spend time with our family of rescue cats, dogs and chickens.
I'm developing my courses as I go - it's all quite organic...
