On all of our holiday retreats, the practice of Yoga is a chore element to the retreat experience.
Yoga For Everyone.
I believe that anyone can do Yoga - whether you are new to Yoga, have some experience, or have been practising for years...; whether your motivation is fun, fitness, weight‐loss, increased flexibility, peace of mind, stress relief, an experience of peace and bliss, spiritual enlightenment...; whether your body is young, old, fit, tired, energetic, slim,over weight... I welcome you all and teach in such a way that everyone can benefit from the practice.
For me, Yoga is a magical tool to bring quality into living; inviting you to pause along the linear existence you are traveling from A to B - which feeds into the illusion that there is somewhere to go..., somewhere to reach…; inviting you, instead, to stop, and to step inside.
A regular Yoga practice often makes you feel more positive, more alive, happier, more confident… with perhaps a kinder disposition to your fellow beings.
A regular Yoga practice tends to draw you inwards - into a space where the striving, the trying, the reaching for… disappears, and all that remains is Being.
This is my aim for you - both on the retreat, and beyond.
