The yoga detox retreat in Italy is about giving the body a break from all the possibly energy zapping food items we put into it, such as sugar, meat, dairy, wheat, processed foods, caffeine, alcohol... and showering it instead with an abundance of deliciously healthy raw vegan treats. (more info on the detox) By combining this healthy diet with two yoga classes each day, meditation sessions and talks on healthy living and yoga philosophy you give your body, mind and spirit a boost of energy and vitality. You also experience what it feels like to live a healthy lifestyle for body, mind and spirit... and hopefully, this experience will motivate you to continue once you return home. |
