​I’m just so energised and full of positive feelings, everything seems possible.  My week with you was so amazing, I never would have believed it was possible to receive such powerful nurturing and love from what was effectively a group of strangers.  I have experienced such clarity of mind, I am feeling ready to tackle everything and I know what I have to do. Thank you, you are truly a beautiful person and you are the reason that every single person there had such a powerful retreat experience. You are awesome at what you do and being who you are, Lauren!

During these unprecedented times, it's difficult to plan retreats ahead of time - to book venues, to pay deposits and to be sure you'll get the number of clients booking etc.  It's still not clear when travel is allowed and under what conditions - it seems to change from one day to the next.
Last year, we held a few small and private retreats from our home here in Portugal which we really enjoyed, but we've decided that we'd rather keep home  and 'work space' separate. 
So..., we've decided to move again to allow our focus to be more  on self-sustainability and self-sufficiency - growing our own food, having our own water source, our own power source etc. More and more, this way of living makes sense and is where I want to put my energy.
​Leading retreats has always been an extension of- and a sharing of how I live rather than a business, and this is still how I prefer to 'work' and be.
So until we've moved and settled in to our new home, I will not be leading retreats. I will keep you posted and let you know when I'm ready to continue sharing the wonderful world of healthy living... and for the time being, I'm simply immersing myself completely in the world of healthy living.... allowing it to be a completely subjective experience rather than an objective subject that I teach. I hope you understand.
