A Big Hello to all you Beautiful People!!!
Apologies for the lack of communication, workshops, classes in the recent past..., but we have been keeping ourselves busy looking for a home... and possible retreat / workshop venue...
Our search took us to Malaysia and Thailand in April, May, June 2010 and to Portugal this year... and it looks as if we may have found a beautiful spot in the hills of Portugal! We are currently in the midst of negotiations, so, watch this space, and we may be inviting you to share in some healthy living in sunny Portugal in the not too distant future!
In the mean time, I continue to run my retreats in the beautiful south west region of Turkey... and will be there for at least two glorious months this season.

Yoga Detox Retreats at Faralya Hotel (from £695)
July 18 - 25 (1 week) Aug 8 - 15 (1 week) Aug 22 - 29 (1 week) Aug 29 - Sept 5 (1 week) Aug 22 - Sept 5 (2 weeks) This is a fully comprehensive detox - in addition to the physical detox of juices, supplements, enemas, two daily yoga classes, meditation, a Turkish bath and complementary therapies, the ‘focus’ of the retreat and discussions will be on personal growth and transformation. These yoga detox retreats offer a greater understanding of yourself and a deeper personal experience. I am also running my annual Yoga Retreats at Yuva (where there is also the option to detox for however many days you choose...)
Yoga Retreats at Yuva (from £470) Sept 12 - 19 (1 week) Sept 19 - 26 (1 week) Sept 12 - 26 (2 weeks) The optional detox programme on these retreats doesn't include enemas or a Turkish bath (although, of course, you may choose to have one at your own cost). The focus on this retreat isn't necessarily on detoxing or transformation, but focuses on all aspects of yoga - yoga postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), philosophy (vedanta) and chanting (kirtan). |
