The summer cleanse retreat in Salema is a 5 day juice fast detox. It has been specifically designed to stop solid food intake and speed up the detox process. You consume freshly made juices and soup. This detox can help you lose weight, boost your energy levels, balance and heal your body, calm your mind and restore your soul.
Week Schedule: Day 1 (arrival day, Sunday) - Vegetarian dinner Days 2-6 (Monday - Friday) - liquid only diet Day 7 (departure day, Saturday) - alkalising diet breakfast There is the option to do daily enemas and a liver flush on the middle day. As it will be a small group, if anyone wants to join but do a softer food detox, it is possible. the yoga detox retreat venueI'm very happy to be leading a retreat at Quinta da Rosa - the home of friend Ros in Salema Portugal. It is the venue my friend Diana uses for her retreats in July and August, some of which I teach for her.
the yoga detox retreats accommodationThis is a charming villa with big gardens to explore, a pool to enjoy and within walking distance to some lovely beaches and the quaint villages of Salema and Figueira. There are 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms, so no en-suites, but enough bathrooms to share. I anticipate 4-6 guests for this retreat. You can choose between single, twin or shared room (3 women).
How to book:
To secure a booking I ask for a 50% deposit, payable by pay-pal or bank transfer. The balance is due the week before the retreat.

travel:The closest airport is Faro. The venue is 60-90 minutes drive from the airport. Transfers are not included in the cost, but I can help you arrange a taxi if you like, and can also link guests up with each other to share the taxi if travel times are similar. The cost of the transfer is €85 each way, so much better to share the cost. Alternatively, you can get an airport shuttle to nearby Salema, a train or bus to Lagos and a taxi from there.
