September 19-29 2026
I'm thrilled to be co-facilitating a Yoga and Detox Retreat at Moinhos Velhos - a beautiful retreat centre in Algarve Portugal.
Moinhos Velhos is where I first experienced the benefits of juice fasting and eating and drinking freshly harvested fruit and vegetables straight from the garden. I volunteered there for a month in 2001 and it changed my life. I returned there to work in 2002 and was the co-director in 2005 and 2006.
I'm excited to return, to be part of a team and to simply enjoy 10 days of healthy living on every layer. Join me!
(If 10 days is too long for you, there's the option of staying for the first 7 only - September 19-26)
