08h00 - 08h30 meditation
08h45 - 09h45 yoga asana
10h30 - juice (drink together on zoom)
11h00 - coffee enema (optional)
14h00 - juice (drink together on zoom)
16h00 - 16h30 yoga nidra
18h00 - soup (not together)
19h00 - 19h30 – meditation
20h00 – water / lemon juice enema (optional)

  • I send you recipes for the juices and soups.
  • I send you a shopping list.
  • If you choose to do a colon cleanse using psyllium husk, bentonite clay, herbal laxatives and enema kit, I can get them sent to you.
A friend of mine who's in the UK and prefers not to have the hassle of making the juices , orders them in from a company called https://press-london.com/. If you’re not in the UK, perhaps there’s a similar company where you are...??
 
If you prefer not to partake in the cleanse, but wish to join the yoga, meditation and yoga nidra, that is also an option (cost: £79).
Is a detox really necessary?
There are numerous opinions on this, but this is how I feel about it:
  • It depends on your lifestyle.
  • It depends on where you are right now – in terms of physicality, mind, emotions, stress levels etc.
Although the physical body is an amazing ‘instrument’ and as such is perfectly able to detox itself…,
it does depend somewhat on what you’re putting in…
  • What is your regular diet?
  • How much caffeine, alcohol, sugar, bread, processed food… do you consume?
  • Are you on any medication?
  • Is your life stressful at the moment?
  • Do you get enough sleep?
  • Does your diet include plenty of  fresh fruit and veg?
  • Do you drink enough water - at least 1 litre per day?
  • How much do you move your body – whether it be walking, dancing, exercise…?
The more natural the diet, the easier it is for the body to maintain a healthy balance and to naturally detox.
If your diet contains lots of additives, preservatives, sugar, fast food, alcohol…, then it’s helpful to the body to give it a rest and to do some sort of fast or cleanse.
Also, these days, even if our diet is relatively clean, we’re still bombarded with toxins from just about everywhere – the air we breathe is no longer as clean and pure as it was before, supermarket fruit and veg are very likely sprayed with pesticides, meat is injected with antibiotics, the electromagnetic radiation from all our gadgets and wi-fi poison our systems…- not to mention the stress we may feel from following world events…
 
Just 3 days of cleansing can really help to reset the body, improve health, boost your metabolism, rebalance your hormones, reduce inflammation, rejuvenate your cells and kickstart a healthier lifestyle.
