A little bit about the course:

Sometimes our lives seem to be run by our thoughts, emotions, our story and drama – possibly leaving us feeling

  • confused
  • a general state of inner chaos  

Meditation is a wonderful tool to bring you back to yourself - to help you feel strong and centred, so that even when life gets stormy and the waves come crashing over, you have an anchor to stay grounded and balanced.

This course is for you if...
- you're new to meditation
- your meditation practice has relapsed
- your life feels too busy, hectic or chaotic to meditate

By the end of the course, you'll have the tools to encourage you to have a regular meditation practice.
