Mini Meditation Course 2026
- The Power of 3 -

We are living in a time where the story of separation, disconnection and loneliness has reached its limits.
Things feel dichotomous, chaotic, blurred and confusing.
What we need now is a different kind of soil - one rich with love, humility and deep presence.
Through meditation and re-connecting to our own divinity, I believe we can cultivate an inner clarity, return to our chore values and live a life of beauty and wisdom.

​The Power of 3 Mini-Meditation-Course

Who is this course for?
Anyone seeking a deeper connection to self and the world around them.
Anyone looking for some guidance on their 'spiritual' journey.
Anyone wishing to infuse their life with a touch of wonder and awe.
Anyone who is simply curious about meditation.
Maybe your practice has lapsed and you need a boost to take it up again.
Maybe life feels stressful and you’re looking for ways to be more centred.

A Course Overview:
Each session contains 3 aspects:
Yoga - 20 minutes
Meditation - 20 minutes
Talk - 20 minutes

Yoga Asana
15-20 minutes of simple warm up Yoga exercises so that the body can sit more comfortably and the mind is already quiet .
These Yoga sessions are suitable for everyone, even if you’re new to Yoga.
I lead you with my voice, so you simply follow the instructions.
Having your camera on helps me to see if my instruction is clear enough for you to know what to do, but if you prefer not to have the camera on, that’s fine.
If you don’t have a yoga mat, a carpet / mat is fine.
You may need (a) cushion(s) / a pillow and a blanket.
Ideally, the room is warm and comfortable.
You’ll need to wear comfortable clothes which allow free movement.

Meditation 
15-20 minutes of guided meditation.
Meditation is a means of returning to the truth of your being.
Meditation doesn’t need to be complicated - keeping it simple is very powerful.
It’s not about trying to do it correctly -‘trying’ takes effort - meditation is effortless.
It’s not about becoming ‘good’ at meditation – there is no goal.
It’s really very simple – sit, close your eyes and simply rest in being
 
Talk
15-20 minute talk on meditation - clarifying what it is and how to incorporate it into everyday life.

Sunday, February 8 – Session 4

*If you know you want to do the course, your presence is requested on this day as it's the first of the series of sessions.
